Where have the majority of deaths occurred ?---- various sorts of care homes
Do these people who have been put there by their "loving" relatives have the ability to organize and get it administered ?
IMHO it is always the poor and disadvantaged who suffer the most in our society so they will continue to die as a result of government actions or inaction's, and as the people have lost their rights to debate and complain, that situation will continue
As my sig says every individual must protect themselves as no one else will, I follow that statement
