Ivermectin, page-6

As a question, and I dont know what the answer would be at all, but if Ivermectin is added as a treatment and there is a significant reduction in hospitalisation and morbidity, does that leave the TGA open to litigation for the deaths of people that could in theory have been prevented? The Ivermectin story is not new by any stretch and Australia has been largely fortunate to date, but with the current spate of infections (and the unfortunate deaths that have gone with it) does it open a window to legal action?

Not trying to be a ratbag about it, just a genuine question if anyone has some background in this area.
