enterpreneur and director Kyriakou held,through his private company Goodhope Finance,207 m sh or 43% of IVK.

Then he trasferred 21m sh at 1.275c each in an off-market crossing (at capital loss) to an o/seas associate,
leaving him 34.3% of IVK,presumably to increase liquidity
in stock,prior to their purchase of 30m sh (37.5%) of Cambrian Mining for US$1m to help finance current drilling at Subranum concession (prospective for 12 km)
at Bibiani gold belt in Ghana.

Cambrian Mining (listed on London's AIM) is managed by his old mate John Byrne,
a Melbourne businessman.

If the intersections in latest drilling (8,000m-230 holes) come good IVK is going to appreciate considerably.

Bibiani belt is a famous gold country in Ghana (Ashanti Goldfields-250,000 oz/a,Redback,Adamus etc are there).
