re: ivk up big...qtk will not follow
Hi, Damlian resigned as a director in May 2003, so understandable he would sell all his shares as well.
I did some research back in May 2003 - Good Hope Finance was a major shareholder in all 3 companies as follows- investika 210 mill quicktrak 104 mill zylotek 2.5 mill or thereabouts
major shareholders in ivk were- good hope 210 mill zyl 38 mill qtk 207 mill kids 17 mill
major shareholders in zyl were good hope 2.5 mill ivk 38 mill
major shareholders in qtk good hope 34 mill ivk 246 mill
Difference in reporting dates above top 20 shareholders reports, but the links are all there. good hope finance has a finger in all 3 pies as a top 20.
the company secretary is the same for all 3 companies
QTK is a major shareholder of IVK so there is a spin off, but I agree shares may not follow. IVK and ZYL Is IVK up on the gold news or as a spin off on the rise in ZYL announcements, or both. ZYL has tracking devices, not the same but maybe similar technology to what started QTK with car tracking systems. Finally growing up ??? I saw the rise in IVK but attributed it more to association with ZYL and QTK in the UK, than to finding gold. cheers
