So ivor likes people to be employed even if no one makes cash. Admirable. Government would obviously like and support someone like Ivor. Big time. In fact they would like him so much that they may even put pressure on obstacles that would pose a threat to him employing people. Maybe he can settle with anglo?

Just because he would be willing to run business for the sake of employment, does not mean he has to, or it is his only aim. It also does not stop the economics of this from working. I suspect he will be in a position where he cant help but make money.

Also people work hard for selfless dudes who they respect and that treat their staff well. having people work hard for you does not hurt when trying to make a buck.
