Thanks @frostieshake. It's certainly an impressive achievement. Considering that the residents of Abidjan will receive no benefit from the Plant until the addendum project has been completed I would imagine there is considerable pressure on the IC Government to cut the red tape and get on with it, especially since the financing was approved ages ago. Some questions may need to be answered later this month following the quarterly report.
