I thought it would be important to get some answers on the IC Addendum project delay before the coming quarterly report and conference call, so contacted the Company Secretary last week asking that she forward my questions to the directors. After all, at the end of each Conference call we are encouraged to submit further questions at any time. The fact that there has been no response at all is cause for concern.

As we are now well outside the agreed contract time frame, I think the question of a cost review, in the event of any further delay, is essential if we are to make a profit on this project. I fear that if this has not been addressed by the time of the next quarterly report the can will be kicked down the road for another 3 months, or longer. In the meantime the share price will continue to fall.

I intend to bring this up again at the Conference call at the end of this month and I'm hoping some others may do the same. Another statement saying that the "Notice to Proceed" is imminent will not cut it.
