However, if you were going to buy PRU sub $3.00, I suspect you might have had to be quick and bought during all the ASX doom and gloom on Friday. The normal reaction on Friday for most investors wanting to buy sub $3.00 will probably have been to wait for shares to fall even lower.
With gold's US$30 rise on Friday night PLUS strong rise in Aussie dollars, I suspect PRU will trade comfortably over $3.00 on Monday.
