People need to get a grip about IC.

It's out of FLC management hands. They are giving the market their best guess for close. IC needs the water. It will close. When it closes $20m will be realised. At that point i hope FLC in EBITDA pos regardless of IC.

IC needs to also reassure its population that they will have clean water via financial close.

The bank needs to put in place some checks and balances to lending.... eg. eg. account for currency risk in a domestic facing project where nothing is "delivered" to a western end user - the end users will be paying in local currency. They are probably asking questions and asking things of IC Government that are hard to set up and deliver on the fly because... hey this is Africa...inefficient and high risk.... My guess is there is some bureaucrat somewhere in IC working his butt off in a less-than-efficient bureaucracy to make something happen to satisfy the Israeli bank.
