Seems to be more like short term trade parcels that were bought on the announcement are now selling at a loss ... the volume suggests this to be the more likely.

In terms of bonus' I too would prefer that cash be kept in the corporate accounts rather than mangement's pockets.. as such, a Q1 2020 recognition of that US$20m will help make that a reality.

I think RL knows the water business better than most of us here.. with most of the delays being caused by his legacy business (RWL) ... there isn't much to complain about when it comes to EMC's contribution to the current business... China is gathering momentum as we speak...
