The below section of today's announcement makes me think that the pigs are still in the trough?

Completion of Rights Issue
The Company is pleased to advise the completion of the Rights Issue Supplementary
Prospectus with 800m ordinary shares being issued at $0.005 raising AUD$4.0m before costs.
Ivory Mint Holdings and investors introduced by them subscribed for 400m shares as part of
the transaction.

Please help out an inexperienced trader as to what good this does? How about the comments of, AUD$4.0m before costs. Wonder what that 4 million will be after costs? Might keep an eye on that.
