IVR Breakout. About time !, page-169

For 13 years, we investors in Silver, wether by owning silver bullion, check, owning the stock of producers,
Check, or, as is the case with IVR, owning the stock of explorers have, despite the recent uptick in the POS,
been living on hope.
My resevoir of hope has become rather shallow, and despite the largely optimistic posters here, am wondering
if it's all futile.
DFL posted a link to Ed Steer, good interview, Andy Shectman always makes sense, likewise David Morgan etc.
However, an overiding theme of all these guys goes somewhat like this: How can these manipulating criminals
continue to get away with such blatant manipulation, Crimex etc, blah blah..
I don't know how they all continue to get away with it all, but, they do.
So, what will change?
