Silver hit $39USD on the Shanghai and IVR's SP is the same when Silver was like $20USD (or thereabouts). Nothing makes sense in the West. It makes sense in the EAST.
FWIW, we could think "why aren't AU SILVER miners responding" to the POS......but we're lucky that we STILL have the smallest, closing and very soon-to-be-shut-forever window to top up on stocks like IVR whilst still in the 5c range.
