It is more than intriguing that Francis's charts and impending break out of gold and silver may well coincide with market trigger points like the emergence of BRICS and impending silver shortages viz production vs demand.
That is the amplifier in my opinion no chartist can predict but it will be in IVR and silvers favour.
$70 silver = above $100 Aud making the case for IVR deposit's mining compelling and easy to achieve from a finance perspective viz the earnback period.
