Found this in the comments section in the ZH article below.....two straight-to-the-point comments for normies on why Silver is so manipulated.
If people start using as alternative means of transacting, then this impacts the dominant fiat currency .. a high silver price wakes people up, draws people in and draws them away from fiat.
I think the first comment in yellow is on target in this regard -----> if the banks don't have a monopoly on the money system, they're literally dead.....they collapse....the recent US. bank runs confirm how quickly banks collapse once funds are withdrawn.
The added fear for the rulers of the world / money changers, imo, is the fear that silver/gold will stir up primal suppressed belief systems in people in terms of what real money is and what fiat currency is claiming to be.....mass confidence can get lost real in a scenario like this, and once lost, its pretty much the end game
