    maybe inflation has caused housing price to increased in 2020..
    dont look now - but my bar of chocolate has shrunk by 10% and looking smaller by the year

    the only price of stuff going down are budget apparels -- "Made in Bangladesh" T-shirts have gone down
    I can get a white one for $4. if it gets yellowish - I just toss it
