The clients sell their shares in SLV and the bullion banks who are the only ' authorised participants' allowed to receive metal, take the metal and deliver on their short contracts that stand for delivery. I think there's approximately 400 million ounce available to do that with in SLV. Plenty more in PSLV. So yes, the physical market is tightening, but we could be 12 months before there's no physical available from the ETF accumulators.
