Guys, there is an interesting interview on K!@co about whether gold is being stabilised by Central Banks.. Makes eminent sense - stabilisation being due to the need to ensure that they are in control - using the futures market to keep price in check. The interviewee considered that POG should have reacted to the bad inflation numbers last week - it did not, implying "stabilisation".

If this is so, then it is indeed only a matter of time. One minor problem in the s/t might be a lack of demand from India given their current predicament - the fact that POG is maintaining strength in spite of this may be a pointer to what might be coming? POS will follow POG up but more strongly from these levels IMO.
