Oppies trade at a premium to exercise prices for reasons of leverage and risk if IVR are 10c oppies will never be as low as 2c with a few years expiry left they will be in the 4-6c region
generaly speaking you will gain roughly double whichever move IVR make up or down, lets look at this shorter term
2017 exercise makes these a lower risk option and previos highs of IVR help intice more punters to buy these as you can make big dollars on even a small upshift well before the 10c strike is near
liquidity,possible delayed/irratic price movement and momentum swings need to be taken into account
so options are a great tool for the more experienced traders/investors
and a good punt for those learning but best use only funds you can afford to play around with till you understand a bit more
all just in my opinion from experience

IVR were 3.3c
IVRO .8c

IVR are now 3.6c =10% gain
ivro are now 1c =25% gain

IVR at 4c = 11% gain
IVRO 1.2c = 20% gain
