Clearly PAC Partners (broker to the options offer) are keen to make a profit on the options they were ‘gifted’ in lieu of fees. The way they are currently offloading, looks like they will exit with a ’Disallowed’. That’s a cool $250,000 in their pocket if they can offload all 25,000,000 IVRO at $0.01 each within the next week or so.
With current share price at around ½ the exercise price, begs the question………. What will IVRO be trading at once PAC Partners have finishing selling off their holding? …. above or below $0.01?
Several entities are obviously collecting all that PAC is selling. Whoever the buyers are, they clearly have a lot of confidence in IVR and the price of silver over the next 2 years, given that exercise price of 25,000,000 IVRO come 8th March 2025, will be $1,575,000
