Jaithomson - Invion will not offer more shares at a discount. If they do not raise the $2m by the closing date, they have up to 3 months to place additional shares to new or existing holders at a price no lower than the issue price (7.5c). If PAB management can raise millions in the months after closing their rights issue, when the share price was lower than the issue price, Invion can too. Institutional investors wanted more shares during the recent placement than they could get, so I'm confident they will take up the opportunity to grab some more, even if the share price is slightly lower than the issue price. Just look at the chart during the last raising. A fall like this is expected. But if interim results come out and are positive, we may see 14c again sooner than u expect
