this is how it might work, if you are a pharma giant:
a) sign confidentiality agreement with invion to get on 'inside track' for previous trial data.
b) if you like it, sign further confidential agreement that you will one of the parties approached if current trial successful.
i theorise that for a giant pharma to move they need a successful trial. They get in on the innovation trail at phase 2 completion... thats why phase 2 is the sweet spot for investors like us.
just my thoughts.
