You can't expect to complete all phases with that kind of less money
After the results is good and everyone knew it. It's phase2 results and if they are good and everyone hope it will be good...there so many ppl will be in queue to put money in....
As they said that they are very good as of now until next qtr begins and the results will be pusblished well before the next qtr...
IMO everything is on track... this is just a low vol sell of by some scared ppl... it is very good price to get in now
