Maybe even less (ie around the 20th Feb), for the start of a reasonable move...based on the Company's guidance.
Should announce putting away the deal by the 20th (maybe on the 21st?)...after which I expect the Company will want to give the stock a serve...and something of a re-launch.
Not sure if they have something ready to back in yet or not...will be interesting to see if they drag their feet or follow the "flavour" of their last announcement.
I minnow, below cash backing...in my view worth accumulating slowly...very slowly...in preparation of a re-rate.
