So far despite the delays from a technical price action standpoint holding up very well, looks like the delay has just extended the bullflag/consolidation range. Very good sign that volume came in and held it up above the 0.275 level, if we can close above 30 cents which is the next key level that would be very bullish! Remember that bigger players need days like today in order to accumulate positions without rocketing the price up. Just like they use good news as opportunity to sell they use delays as opportunities to buy more
