The prospectus really is just admin. It's a new security type (no pre-existing options with the same exercise price and expiry date) so they need to release the prospectus before they can issue the options, even to sophs. Plus they also need to do a prospectus for the SPP (for general public, soph qualification not necessary). So Monday will be prospectus day. I wouldn't hold my breath for any announcements other than SPP related on Monday but happy to be wrong.
