Why target a section that has already been drilled and logged? The only new data you'd acquire would be pressures and samples IF you managed to get a formation test tool in and out of the hole. Note you'd also have to run a GR/Res/Cal/Sonic/Nuc log first so formation test points could be picked.
It's more cost effective to drill at an updip location and:
1) Drill a vertical well in minimum time using an SBM mud system.
2) Access The Lower Angwa Fm.
2) Evaluate all potential reservoirs at an up dip location.
3) Obtain pressure and samples
