I think, as others have stated, that this was triggered by the need to pay for the long lead items. While they had planned for a CR, I don't think this was their ideal timing and they would have preferred to wait post seismic results and possibly other news when the share price was higher. However the long lead items forced their hand. As for why they don't take more, I think that is because they can raise at a higher level in a few months (or at least that is what we expect) and they don't require more cash for the moment. Or perhaps they won't need to raise depending on whether or not there is a better farmin offer. Time will tell.
