For every other oiler I've invested in, the issue has always ever been the oil/gas is either there or not. Drill to prove it.

This one is unique in that its been drilled, every indication is that they have gas as a minimum, but technical issues (high pressure causing hole deterioration) prevented us from getting samples.

This is probably more derisked than any other oiler drilling an exploration well (especially at current prices) but the technical risks in getting samples remain. I can live with those risks. I've sold up my pcl and bought more ivz for now.
