Drawdown Loans? Did not knew that it is called so. Have a canadian gas producer in Colombia, South America, at 9 USD or so per gas unit the most expensive
gas market in South America. They recently got a 50 Mio USD or from Marquerie Australia (not sure if written correctly) with the goal to add June 24 a gas pipeline
to be build thru a subcontractor and to produce 200% more gas as now. In the end they got a very fast kickstart to a soon higher production line.
