In my opinion, SM has the done the right thing....at this stage of the operation, there isn't one operator company in the world who would approve the release of pressure profiles, log data and petrophysical cut offs to the public domain.
I sincerely hope they agree to a funding mechanism and the government sign the PPSA. However, my feeling is that a successful well test result will be required prior to the signing.
