    There have been plenty of speccy miners in the past fifty years on the ASX where they all sit on massive resources but still go broke due to sovereign risk, funding problems and technical failures. We all know IVZ are sitting on a beast but the execution is ALWAYS the hardest part. The PPSA and funding is all that matters now
