This discovery could be massive for the geopolitics of sub Saharan Africa. All eyes are on SM, not just from investors. If he claims too much he risks losing the confidence of his most valuable stakeholders in Zimbabwe or triggering some kind of political interference.
It could be he is some kind of sneaky bastard who doesn’t want to disclose everything to investors or it could be he is holding his cards tight to his chest. Until I have reason to believe otherwise, I am going for the second explanation.
While he holds the knowledge of this project, he has the power to control it on behalf of investors and discourage potential interference.
