All the service companies know that there is a large scope of work needed to prove this basin. Would be senseless for them to submit high tender contract prices given they would know that there are loads of service companies interested and it could lead to years of future work. But as with most sectors there's always games being played.
Could only hope for a dogfight between the service companies with the contract prices and services offered. But seems Scott already has his eyes set on a firm now it's just hoping they offer something reasonable.
