Would like to think the rights issue is being held back until SM knows he has something of substance to help support the SP during the period it is open. They should have a good handle on what can be announced & when so i suspect we should get some positive news shortly after the rights issue is announced. If they dont have any substantial news to release the rights issue is destined to fail, management would know that. At this stage have to have faith they can execute & provide news flow which should help the rights issue success.
