Unlikely IMO. This is trading 101: increasing sell orders to create downward share price pressure to accumulate at lower prices only to reverse the trend by buying to distribute the shares you've bought at a higher price. The insto's know there's news coming. They're racing against the clock hence the aggressive sell down. The know that renewed interest coupled with their buying will see the watchers reenter and the SP move higher. Why offload cheap when you can offload for more. The grand prize is the retail entitlement. Spend a mill or two doing the above and get a 15m refill.
