We manage substantial family wealth funds and there is no way we would even bother to open funding negotiations without PPSA signed, sealed and delivered. The Zim Govt are playing their cards well.
The Algerians are now signalling their strong interest and any delay by Invictus because of lack of funds just strengthens their position.
Do not discount the Chinese. They usually adopt a low profile as they play their usual long game.

SM has done an exceptional, outstanding job to date( with the exception of his advisors handling of CR and marketing to date.)
in gaining the trust and respect of powerful key people in the Zimbabwe.
I agree with Davy that once the commerciality of the project is confirmed we will then be in a postion to take in a partner whether it is farm-in or some other arrangement (e.g. partner/take-over etc) depends on the signing of the PPSA.

If you want to become a top CEO you must also have the will to wield a big stick.
