kebab probably just confused you.
if you buy an option today for 4.5c and sell it at 9c you have doubled your money.
If you sell it at 22.5c you have 5 X your investment.
The only thing you can’t influence is Time and exercise price. You could lose but don’t worry if you concentrate on those little insignificant minor factors you will miss the big gains.
