Yes the PPSA is becoming the Governments problem if they want to see reasonable progress, which they do. So I have some faith they will get that done before it becomes an issue - before it is required for the next round of finance.
Finance, again agree, its my one criticism of Invictus, we need to swap the mates rates flippers for investors with an interest to see the project do well, then we will see some consistency in the chart.
Its been a great opportunity while being significantly de-risked to top up though.
