not to mention, this being Zimbabwe, I wonder how many Ministers and Parliamentarians have a finger in the pie, or are insisting behind the scenes on a piece. My understanding is that very little gets done in Zimbabwe without the appropriate payoffs, and with something of this potential, I can only imagine what’s going on in the background. Don’t envy Scott at all trying to appease all the jackals on this.
