Of course you do... Why should option holders be bailed out whilst actual shareholders are not....? They would have to compensate the shareholders in the related Cr too?
Why should actual shareholders be diluted by such ahem.... chancers?.... Many will have been bought at knock down prices because they are now likely to fail, and now the company should help (only) you out. ...? Don't forget you can still pay the 35c and convert, no one is stopping you... Is that unpalatable? Or sell on the market?
You've been in the financial game too long to know this is not a win win for ALL parties, and that leverage works both ways.

You can't move the goalposts after you acquire the options as it negatively and unfairly affects shareholders and destroys/ undermines retrospectively the very circumstances under which they were offered in the first place.. ,not too mention being tradeable, people who sold at .002 c .
And unfairly benefits those who bought cheap?

I'm going to buy a cheap house under the flight path at Perth airport, then I'm going to kick up a stink about the noise and pollution and get free double glazing all Via taxpayers...convert away 35 c please or buy actual shares in future. That's a win for actual shareholders , and buy your self VOTING POWER too.
You seem like a good guy who's just got carried away with oppies, done it myself.
But not a win win for all. That's not true, I don't want the dilution. Not in my book.
