Glish - yep sure you are correct but the way you paint it Is desperation- nothing worse than finding a Class A resource in a country that is desperate without a PPSA or. binding offtake agreement. I'm not arguing with your opinion just highlighting the counter argument is 10x scarier. The Zim gov could rug pull IVX whenever it suits them
