Not to mention, the current agreement is bound by international law, so any “rug pull” ends up in front of the ICC, meaning Zimbabwe will have essentially closed the country off to foreign investment. While the PPSA is at the forefront for many investors, there is already an agreement in place that favours IVZ far more, it’s not the be all and end all. They are just notoriously slow and being understandably cautious about getting the PPSA right.
