I have never said that I should have done more research on IVZ. What I said was IVZ should have analysed the Pebbly Arkose data properly at the start because their conclusions have apparently changed as reported by Butcherano recently (very long post). How a company can report high resistivity on the LWD in the Pebbly Arkose then change their interpretation to residual gas is quite concerning. Log results do not usually shift from high resistivity to very low values. In my summary I highlighted that IVZ first claimed that only "additional" amalgamated sands have shown residual gas, but according to Butch they now believe the whole of the PA is at residual saturation.
