A rights issue overhang needs to get out of the way as soon as possible and should get rid of such hedge funds etc that SM even commented about. Most companies try to do this as quick as possible. rip the band aid off and hopefully share price recovers. What IVZ has done and doing over the past couple of raises is madness dragging this over 2 or 3 months each time.
