    How many CEO have managed to get cash at a 30% premium when we were at the mercy of institutions and sophs?
    Zero is the answer.
    Twice we have had to sidetrack and twice we have had the funds to do so.
    The fall out of that is cash poor after drilling. SM has recognised the same thing is likely to happen like ground hog day.
    He has changed tack , rightly Imo.
    I am expecting a multi well/test programme free carried from the farm in with a big chunk of cash for back costs.
    Whilst the terms of the deal will have an impact so will the partners bonafides
    Musuma is the key IMO. A discovery there opens up all kinds of possibilities as to the size of the field and the options it can provide.
