    For sure we have the good stuff on paper. Unfortunately with so much time passing and the stuff up with the first drill and SM's continual "close" comments with the PPSA just makes me think we do not have the correct MD in place. We just need a more experienced MD going forward.

    Nothing against SM and I am sure he is a nice guy and a great analyst but if we are to go to the next level we need an experienced MD?
