I have to agree.
Scott is there at the bequest of the shareholders.
His only function is to create wealth for shareholders for which he is being rewarded.
This is NOT a private company funded by Scott dollars.

A near 100% increase on SOI & a 50% reduction on Market cap.
If you like I can put up the wages you have paid him & management to attain this spectacular result...or is it me & this is a great result???? But I think you would already know this...if not you should.
Shareholders control the company....If you do nothing then dont complain about the direction.
Are there some measurable / tangibles metrics that you are scoring him by that support his position, that I should be aware of...or he is just a good guy?.
if ppssssssa comes out --then all if forgiven -- yes.
