Sorry to be a buzzkill here, but just a reminder that the 20 TCF number getting tossed around is a P10 unrisked figure, basically the geological version of swinging for the fences. The real focus now is on flow testing Mukuyu and drilling Musuma to get a clearer sense of how much is actually there, how good it is, and whether it can be produced commercially.
If even half of that 20 TCF proves up, it would still be massive and potentially basin-opening. But we’re not there yet, and probably won’t know until after a few more key steps. A more realistic range right now would be 3 to 8 TCF, and even that depends heavily on how the upcoming tests play out.
