Correct but we are the pioneers of PPSA stuff. Once our pain is over and the ever ongoing saga of finalizing the PPSA is over then the other players entering the space will have a template to follow. Considerable saving in time and money...similar to the beaurocratic nonsense that goes on here. The first cab off the rank goes through the expense and pain then all the others who follow simply replicate the process.
